Dr. Elan Rosenblat is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist and ocular surgeon with a remarkable academic and professional background. He successfully completed his biology studies with honors at Yeshiva University, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to healthcare by organizing health outreach programs and conducting vital research at prestigious institutions such as Columbia University and the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
His pursuit of excellence led him to Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he further excelled and received the prestigious Dean’s Recognition Award, an honor reserved for the top ten percent of his class. During his ophthalmology residency at the Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science of Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, Dr. Rosenblat showcased exceptional surgical skills, even setting a record for the highest number of cataract surgeries completed in the program’s history. Throughout his time at Rutgers, he remained dedicated to research, presenting at national conferences and publishing in the renowned Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Further enhancing his expertise, Dr. Rosenblat completed a fellowship in Corneal, Cataract, and Laser Vision Correction surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City. He then served as a Corneal and Cataract Specialist at the University of Texas Medical Branch, where he trained residents and imparted his knowledge to the next generation of eye care professionals.
Since 2016, Dr. Rosenblat has been in private practice, providing exceptional eye care services to patients in the South Florida area.
